We build with a preferred lending partner, Lisa Palmer at 1st Security Bank, and The Newport qualifies for their builder program. Here’s the part that matters: the bank’s lender credit and our builder credit stack. When you finance through 1st Security, you can put their lender credit toward your costs on top of what we’re offering. It isn’t one or the other. It’s both, working on the same closing.

On top of the bank’s program, Mirikeen is adding our own $30,000 builder credit for the month of July. It’s yours to use however it serves you best: buy your rate down, cover closing costs, or put it toward the finishes that make the house feel like yours. How It Works

It’s simple. To capture the builder program, your financing runs through 1st Security. If you’re already working with a lender, that’s fine too, you can still move over to 1st Security to unlock the credit. The easiest first step is to reach out to us.
